Former Clemson running back C.J. Fuller, a member of the program’s 2016 national championship winning team, has died at the age of 22, according to the Greenville News.
Easley High School, where Fuller attended before playing for Clemson, athletic director Gill Payne confirmed the death.

Fuller amassed 599 rushing yards, 155 receiving yards and six touchdowns during his Clemson career, and is best known for his kick return on the final possession of the title game against Alabama that helped position Clemson on their title-winning drive.
