Duke freshman Cassius Stanley has already made his mark following the ending of the Zion Williamson-era by breaking Williamson’s vertical record.
Stanley broke the school record for maximum vertical leap on Wednesday, a record set last year by Williamson, according to ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.
Duke did not announce any official measurement numbers, nor did they when Williamson set the mark last year, but Stanley’s accomplishment immediately raises the bars of hype, and expectations as the 6’5 shooting guard prepares for his first season with the Blue Devils.
